Federal Financial Partnership was founded in 2013. "I started FFP because I found, through my interactions with small businesses, that there was a need for someone who could navigate and interpret the complex financial reporting requirements of Government contracting. My many years of dealing with FAR and DCAA, combined with my varied experience working with a number of firms, means that I can provide the guidance and expertise desired by small businesses on an as-needed, cost efficient basis."

Pamela Kreuz
Founder
With over 20 years experience in accounting and Government contracting, Pam Kreuz serves as an executive financial advisor to the senior executives of our clients. She has a wealth of experience in Government contract accounting, contract administration, and financial reporting. Prior to founding Federal Financial Partnership, she was employed by several growing businesses who successfully transitioned from small businesses to medium-sized businesses and enjoyed significant financial success. In particular, she is committed to providing innovative, cost effective financial strategies to maximize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
Pam has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Maryland University College and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
